Please take notice that the City of Bronson City Council will hold a public hearing at City Hall, located at 141 South Matteson Street, Bronson, MI 49028 on Monday, October 9, 2023, at 6:00 PM.
Rezoning Request for 150 Wayne Street -An application for rezoning has been submitted to rezone a parcel of land located at 150 Wayne Street (200-004-000-073-98) from R-3 Multi-Family Residential to B-3 Community Commercial. The purpose of the rezoning request is to facilitate the development of a commercial self-storage facility. Copies of the application and the City’s Zoning Ordinance are available for public viewing during regular business hours at the address above. If prior to the meeting, members of the public wish to provide input, they can do so in writing at admin@bronson-mi.com or in person at City Hall.
