CITY OF BRONSON

On July 9, 2018 the Bronson City Council adopted Ordinance No. 206 "Rental Housing Ordinance" for the City of Bronson.  The ordinance provides for the registration and regulation of rental housing located within the City of Bronson.  The ordinance allows for inspections and provides penalties for violation.  The International Property Maintenance is the adopted code for the City of Bronson and establishes standards of enforcement under this ordinance (Click here for link to International Property Maintenance Code).  The ordinance adoption date is August 1, 2018 and effective date is September 1, 2018.
