The City of Bronson is seeking Department of Public Works/Utilities Seasonal workers to assist the City's Department of Public Works/Utilities Department.  Example tasks include, but not limited to; painting, mowing grass (including trimming and edging), general maintenance/labor of the City's parks and facilities, watering flowers, emptying trash, and performing other duties as assigned.   

A person in this position will work 40 hours per week during the summer (approximately May/June until September/October).  Wages dependent upon qualifications with a range of $11-$13 an hour DOQ.  An employment application can be found at the bottom of this page.  

  • Must be 18 years or older. 
  • Must possess a valid drivers license.

Part-time Police Officers (Multiple positions):

The City of Bronson Police Department is now accepting applications for the position of Part-time Police Officer. The City of Bronson is located in west central Branch County sitting on U.S.12, serving a population of approximately 2,400 residents. The agency maintains 24 hour coverage. Interested applicants must completed complete both the general application and the supplemental application (documents are available below) for police officers and include a cover letter and resume. We are seeking MCOLES certified or certifiable candidates only. Applicant must pass background investigation, physical and psychological exams and drug screening.
